Our association is an organization without spirit of profit that it tries to foment the cooperation between his partners, in the common relations and with third, fundamentally with the administration, within the territorial scope of our community and in the functional aspect determined by the fact of being proprietors of buildings that are operated like holiday houses.

The purposes of the association are, among other things, the representation, management, promotion, trusteeship and defense of the economic and social interests of their members; the benefit of legal advisory services in a the own sphere of the functional scope of the association; the promotion of a sustainable tourism and quality stimulating the defense and protection of the environment, as well as the rural means; the fomentation and promotion of the own product consumption of quality of the Balearic Islands...

This type of tourist supply, unlike the rest, supposes a gear that reactivates many and diverse sectors of the economy as they can be complementary supply, leisure, and services in general.

It interests, in the measurement of our possibilities, to foment a greater tourist occupation throughout the year in the Balearic Islands and to differentiate to us from other types of lodging into the hands of big international organizations.
